Why?

The original websites (algorithm2.com and algoritm2.ru) have been down for many years, and as such you cannot purchase a legitimate registration key even if you wanted to. Additionally, you had to contact support for every new machine you wanted to activate, because each registration key was tied to the 'machine id' of your computer. Without being able to register the program, your compilations have to be done through an online service that obviously went down when the websites did, so the program was essentially useless.

In 2019 (back in the ThatsNiceGuy times), I took it upon myself to create a crack that would bypass the activation mechanism, allowing all paid functions to be used. After about a month of fucking around in IDA Free with no success, I declared failure and gave up. Later on, I asked a friend to help me, and in the span of about a week he made some progress but ultimately wasn't able to successfully crack the app.

After a few more failed attempts, I forgot about it for years, moving on to other things. Then one funny day in April 2023, I remembered about Algorithm 2 and decided to try cracking it once again. One thing led to another and well, here we are. I cracked it successfully in April, let it sit for a while, then remembered that I should publish it, so here I am publishing said crack so others can experiment with the program. Downloads of the crack and Algorithm itself (you'll still need a clean copy of that) are below.
